Important Information (Please Read Before Purchasing)

This product will only work on flashed Xbox 360 disc drives

If you do not have a flashed Xbox 360, you can still use the hot-swap method on a standard Xbox 360 console

Hot-swapping involves removing the top case of your Xbox 360 to access the disc tray. While it may sound daunting, it is straightforward if you follow our guides

Please note the original retail copy of the game is not included with this purchase. You must already own or source the official retail disc of the exact game title this ISO Disc is designed for in order to use it with the hot-swap method

If you have an RGH or JTAG console, please do not assume your disc tray is flashed. This depends entirely on the original provider of the RGH or JTAG system. For these consoles, we recommend exploring our RGH and JTAG suitable product range which includes this same mod in a more compatible format

About the Product

This product includes two copies of the ISO discs. One is intended for active use such as hot-swapping, while the second is provided as a backup for long-term convenience and future-proofing. Both discs are manufactured using premium dual-layer DVD media specifically chosen for durability, reliability, and long-term performance

NTSC J Japan and Asia

PAL Europe Australia and other PAL territories

Region codes are always listed in the product tags above. Most of our products are RF Region Free and will work worldwide. If a product is restricted to a region, we will match the version to your delivery address. If your console’s region differs from your delivery country, please let us know in the order text field during checkout so we can ensure you receive the correct version

To check your console’s region, look at the label on any of your existing retail Xbox 360 discs — it will display NTSC U, NTSC J, or PAL

PRODUCT FAQs

The hot-swap method involves opening up your Xbox 360 to replace the original game disc with a modded one while the console is running. While it may sound complicated, the process is actually quite simple and straightforward once you know the steps.

Here’s how it works:

Purchase Your Modded Disc: To start, purchase your choice of modded disc from us. Make sure the modded disc matches the title of the retail game you are swapping. Each listing of our modded discs clearly shows the official game title in the description, so be sure to match it correctly to avoid any issues.

Open Your Xbox 360: Start by carefully disassembling your Xbox 360. Once opened, you’ll need to eject the disc tray.

We offer a helpful video guide that walks you through the disassembly of your specific console model, making the process easier than ever.

Disable Auto-Play: In the Xbox Dashboard settings, disable the auto-play feature. This ensures that when you insert a disc, the game doesn’t automatically load.

Prepare for the Swap: Navigate to the “Install Game” option on the Xbox dashboard. Keep an eye on the official retail disc as it begins to spin and install. Apply the hot-swap method according to your console model.

We have a video that demonstrates all available hot-swap methods for different Xbox 360 models.

The Swap: Although there are several hot-swap methods, we recommend swapping the discs before you press the A button to confirm the installation. As the retail disc starts spinning and the installation prompt appears, quickly slow down the retail disc and swap it with the modded disc. This method ensures that the Xbox thinks it’s still installing the original disc when in reality, it’s installing the modded version.

The reason we suggest this method is that it has proven to be the most successful and safest. However, we understand that in some cases, this method may not apply (for example, if your console has a different DVD drive model). If this is the case, we offer other methods, which are all listed in our video guides.

To help you get the timing just right, we have a video that shows exactly when to swap the discs and how to adjust the timing for a smooth process.

Finish the Process: Once the modded version of the game is installed, you can reassemble your Xbox. From now on, whenever you launch that game, the Xbox will boot from the modded version stored on your hard drive.

Although it might sound daunting at first, the process is easy once you try it. Many people find themselves wanting to hot-swap even more games once they’ve mastered it.

For a detailed, step-by-step guide on how to perform the hot-swap, be sure to check out our recommended methods on "How to Hot-Swap an Xbox 360," including our video guides for both disassembly and disc swapping.

To make the hot-swap process easier, we highly recommend watching these video tutorials. They helped me learn how to hot-swap quickly and efficiently, and they will guide you step-by-step.

How to Hot-Swap an Xbox 360: This video explains the entire hot-swap method in detail, giving you all the information you need to successfully swap discs and install the modded version of your game.

Depending on the model of your Xbox 360, there are two different videos to help you open your console:

Opening a Phat Xbox 360 Console: If you have the original Xbox 360 (often referred to as the "Phat" model), this video will show you exactly how to open it up safely.

Opening an Xbox 360 Slim: For those with the Xbox 360 Slim, this video provides a detailed guide on how to open your console and get ready for the hot-swap.

Opening a Phat Xbox 360 Console: If you have the original Xbox 360 (often referred to as the "Phat" model), this video will show you exactly how to open it up safely.

How to Hotswap an Xbox 360

Hotswapping is possible on the Xbox 360 E—but it’s important to understand that this model is by far the most difficult to hotswap successfully.

The Xbox 360 E has a redesigned internal layout that makes it much harder to access the DVD drive and perform the disc tray timing required for a successful hotswap. This means the process is not only tricky but also carries a greater risk of damaging your console or disc drive if done incorrectly.

If you own an Xbox 360 E and are thinking about purchasing an ISO disc product, please be aware of these challenges beforehand. Many users struggle to complete the hotswap reliably on this model.

That said, with the right tools, patience, and practice, it can be done. If you're new to modding, we recommend using an Xbox 360 Phat or Slim instead—they’re much easier and more reliable for hotswapping.

Unfortunately, the mods available for Xbox 360 consoles are not directly compatible with Xbox One. The modded discs and methods we offer are specifically designed for Xbox 360 systems.

However, since most Xbox 360 games are compatible with Xbox One (via backward compatibility), you can still use the mods in a unique way. Here's how:

Using Mods with Xbox One: You can host mods on an Xbox 360 console while playing the same game on your Xbox One. Simply use your Xbox 360 account in the game, and have your main Xbox One account join the session. This allows you to enjoy the mods while still benefiting from the improved FPS/graphics and Xbox One features (including Xbox One controllers). You can also invite your Xbox One friends to join your game session, even though the mods are hosted on an Xbox 360.

Modded Lobbies for Xbox One: If you don’t have an Xbox 360, we also offer modded lobbies that can invite your Xbox One account directly. These modded lobbies often include:

Mod infections: Some of these infections can be kept until the next time you restart the game, allowing you to use them on your Xbox One account.

Mod menu access: Depending on the game, you may have access to a mod menu to customize your gameplay.

Unlock all achievements and classes: Mods may unlock all in-game achievements, classes, stats, and more (depending on the game).

Keep in mind that some modded lobbies and infections can be used on Xbox One until the game is restarted, allowing you to retain certain mods temporarily.

Important Reminder: With all our modding products, we strongly encourage you to use them responsibly, especially if you plan to go online and play with Xbox One players. We promote a fun modding experience and discourage abuse of our products and services. Any abuse or disruptive behavior could result in being blacklisted from using our services.

ISO discs require a flashed disc drive to read and install the modded game files.

RGH Consoles can be equipped with flashed disc drives, depending on the manufacturer and model. If your RGH console doesn’t have a flashed drive, don’t worry! We offer alternative solutions to ensure you can still use the modded game files:

Modded Game Files USB Devices: We provide USB devices preloaded with the same modded game files found on an ISO disc. These USB devices are specifically designed for RGH consoles and can be used to install the modded files directly to the console's hard drive, no flashed disc drive needed.

Modded Game Files Downloads: For users with remote access set up on their RGH consoles, it’s also possible to purchase a digital download of these files. This allows you to directly install the modded game files without needing physical media.

While scratches can sometimes occur during a hot swap, we want to assure you that we use the highest quality materials when making our modded discs. This helps increase the durability of the disc, allowing it to remain readable even if faint scratches occur.

However, to avoid severely damaging or scratching the disc, we strongly recommend that you watch our hot swap tutorial videos on the website before attempting the process. These videos will guide you through the steps and help ensure you handle the discs properly to prevent any damage.

Please note, due to the nature of the process, we do not accept returns on discs if damage occurs.

No, these ISO discs are specifically designed for Xbox 360 consoles with flashed disc drives or those using the hot swap method. Inserting an ISO disc into an Xbox One console will not work.

However, if you'd like to play online with Xbox One players, there’s an alternative! You can mod on your Xbox 360 and use backward compatibility to join Xbox One players via compatible servers. This setup allows you to use mods while playing with Xbox One players, as long as they are in-game with your Xbox 360 account.

While it is possible, all of our modded game files discs are stealth-patched to pass basic security checks, allowing you to go online without being detected by Microsoft's systems. However, your online behavior can still lead to detection, particularly if you're disruptive or malicious toward other players. For example, using mods to harass others or create a negative experience in the game can lead to mass reports from players. These reports may trigger Microsoft's auto-ban system, which could result in a temporary ban or, in some cases, a full console ban.

To avoid this, we strongly encourage you to enjoy modding responsibly and respectfully. Modding in public lobbies can attract unwanted attention, so we recommend hosting private, invite-only lobbies to keep the experience enjoyable and safe for everyone.

If you're using modded game files via USB/Download on an RGH console, the situation changes. RGH consoles are at a higher risk of being banned due to the use of third-party firmware, stealth servers, and off-host tools. While our stealth-patched modded game files can help reduce the risk of detection, these consoles are more prone to being flagged. Using a good stealth server, along with proper security measures, can extend the time before a ban, but there is always an inherent risk when modding with RGH consoles.

From 2012 to 2022, we offered free game modding services for Xbox 360 titles. However, with the recent fix to backward compatibility servers, demand from Xbox One players wanting to max out their stats has increased significantly. With the growing number of requests and limited time, we’ve shifted to a paid service.

We charge for our time, but there’s no pressure to buy. If you prefer to find a free lobby host, that’s completely fine—we appreciate those who still offer services for free. But when you choose us, you're getting lifetime access. If something goes wrong, like losing stats or being de-ranked by another modder, you can come back to us, and we’ll fix it at no extra cost.

If you don’t want to search around or wait for a lobby slot, we guarantee that we can offer you a lobby slot within 24 hours of purchase. No waiting, just on-demand service when you need it.

Well Aware, Others Offer Services for Less (or Free)

We know others offer modding services for free or at a lower cost, and that’s perfectly okay. But as a team, we bring over 10 years of expertise to every service. Modding used to be a hobby, but now, with more responsibilities, we can’t offer free services like we once did.

When you choose us, you’re getting more than a quick modded lobby. We make sure everything is done right, with customizations tailored to your needs. You can trust that what you paid for is exactly what you’ll get.

We’re not hiding the fact that free services exist, but if you want a reliable, high-quality modding experience with experienced professionals, we’ve got you covered. Plus, with our on-demand service, you won’t have to wait to find a lobby.

To run modded game discs, you need an Xbox 360 with a flashed disc drive to read and install the data. Alternatively, you can use the hotswap method on a standard retail console.
